Schedule Discovery CallCommon Questions
Online sessions are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video call at your scheduled time. You'll receive your reading report and personalized recommendations via email within 48 hours of your session. We work across all time zones — just let us know your availability and we'll find a slot that works.
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows are charged 50% of the session fee. We understand life is unpredictable — if you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please reach out and we'll work with you.
Yes. Master Jin works with clients across 7 countries and 5 continents. All sessions are scheduled to accommodate your timezone. Our standard availability is 10:00-22:00 GMT+8, but we can arrange early morning or late evening slots for clients in North America and Europe.
Sessions are available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Master Jin is fluent in all three languages and will conduct the session in whichever language you're most comfortable with. Reports and written materials are provided in the language of your session.
For BaZi readings, you'll need your exact date, time, and place of birth. For Feng Shui audits, you'll need a floor plan (or photos) of your space. For life path consultations, come with your biggest questions and areas of concern. There are no ritual preparations required — this is a conversation, not a ceremony.
